2008 FIFA Club World Cup

The 2008 FIFA Club World Cup is a football tournament scheduled for 11 December - 21 December 2008 in Japan. It will be the fifth edition of the FIFA Club World Cup.

The fifth-place match, dropped for the 2007 edition, will be reintroduced for this edition, with the prize money being increased by USD 500,000 to USD 16.5 million.
