Hayden’s license revoked due to sex scandal
The PRC ( Philippine Regulation Commision ) has decided to revoke the licence of Dr. Hayden Kho, due to the case filed by Katrina Halili.
The decision came three months after the Philippine Medical Association (PMA) suspended Kho for two years over the same case.
Lapeña reportedly said that while Kho could still file for an appeal, he is no longer allowed to practice medicine pending the final decision on his motion. In case the board turns down his motion, he could still ask the PRC to reconsider its decision after two or three years.
“Under the law allowed yan na after two to three years he could file for an appeal. Titignan ng PRC yung naging conduct niya kung still unbecoming of a doctor (The PRC would check if his conduct is still unbecoming of a doctor),” he said.
